At the Progressive Young Artist Awards, we know that behind every great young artist is a dedicated educator. That’s why we created the Teacher Spotlight — our way of celebrating the inspiring teachers who help students thrive creatively. Every student who enters has a chance to earn national recognition for their creativity. EVERY CERTIFICATE WILL HAVE THE NAME OF THEIR TEACHER, FEATURED PROMINENTLY.

Each Spotlight Includes:

  • A short feature on you and your teaching approach
  • Photos of student work (with permission)
  • A quote about your experience supporting student artists
  • A public post on our website and social media
  • Permanent recognition in our Educator Gallery
